Smoked Wood-fire Cuisine
Dine in the Hidden Valley Cabins restaurant and experience a unique smoked wood-fire cuisine. Order a succulent rump steak and watch Ian cook your steak in front of your table on the open fire. It's guaranteed to taste better as you cook the meat away from the direct flame; just using the heat from the fire. The meat stays tender and juicy and has a wonderful smoked wood-fire taste!
Breakfast is served from 8am – 9.30am daily in the restaurant and has a range of satisfying options from light to an ultra-satisfying big breaky.
Lunch is served from 12 noon – 2pm and can be enjoyed at your cabin or in one of the recreational areas at the resort.
Dinner is served in the restaurant from 7pm – 8.30pm daily and is very popular among guests. Choose from five delicious options. A crowd favourite is the rump steak.
